ROYAL OLYMPIC ATHENS (Conference Hotel)
The following rates are per room per night and include breakfast and all legal taxes except for accommodation tax, that equals to 4,00 € per room per night.
* Rooms will be booked on a first come first served basis.
FINANCIAL TERMS FOR PARTICIPANTS:
- A credit card as a guarantee is required for each reservation which will be charged with one night as a deposit on 25/09/2023 (non-refundable).
- Payment of the final bill will be made upon departure, either by credit card or cash.
CANCELLATION POLICY FOR PARTICIPANTS:
- For any cancellation until 24/09/2023 there will be no cancellation fees.
- For any cancellation from 25/09/2023 and up to 72 hours before their arrival, participants will be charged one night's cancellation fee (payment in advance).
- Within the last 72 hours for any cancellation or reduction of stay, or in case of no-show, participants will be charged full cancellation fees of the canceled nights.
